After graduating with a management degree, Tom’s drive and competitiveness found him attracted to sales and business development roles. Tom’s career has involved vast experience in small business and contractor accounting, where he formed connections with over 100 different accounting practices across the UK while really getting a feel for what the best outcomes are for clients. 

As the sales director, Tom focuses on the sustainable growth of the business alongside customer satisfaction. He is typically the first point of contact for any new business starting out or an existing business looking for more personal service. His aim is to ensure all new clients get the best possible experience and solution to their enquiry.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys travel, eating out, and watching sports, although this has recently been put on the back burner with the birth of his first child!
